What is RightHandMan.io?
We are an aHrefs alternative that makes website audits intuitive, understandable, and simple, so your blog can grow faster
Why Should I Choose RightHandMan as my Yoast Alternative?
Yoast is one of the most popular SEO tools for WordPress. But what happens if you use Squarespace, Wix, Blogger, or any other platform?
The best thing about RightHandMan.io is that is works on any website platform. Unlike Yoast, you don’t need to install anything, so you can use Yoast on your website no matter what it’s built on. About 20% of our customers are using Squarespace, which is why we are often called the “Yoast for Squarespace”. But we don’t limit ourselves jus to Squarespace, so no matter what platform you are using, give us a try.
Our team has used Yoast for years. In fact, we have Yoast installed on this WordPress website you are reading right now. We use it to primarily to check page descriptions, page titles, alt tags, outbound links, and inbound links. All of this is also easily checked within RightHandMan.
Essentially, we are the website auditor that makes SEO simple, understandable, and affordable for everyone who isn’t an SEO expert, no matter what platform they have built their website on.
I'm looking for a Yoast For Squarespace, should I choose RightHandMan.io?
The short answer is yes.
But, we are biased since we made RightHandMan, and we’d love for you to join us.
So let me explain why RightHandMan is essentially Yoast for Squarespace. Yoast let’s you do a SEO health check on all your WordPress psots and pages, and RightHandMan does the same. Yoast will tell you when you need to set page titles, page descriptions, alt tags, and much more….which is also what RightHandMan does.
The key difference between Yoast and RightHandMan is that Yoast is installed on your website, and let’s you manually edit your Page Titles and Page Descriptions. RightHandMan is not installed on your website. Instead, our software visits every page on your website and does a quick health check. It then reports back to you everything that it found, how to fix the issues, and why you should fix the issues. Sounds great, right?
Is RightHandMan Cheaper Than Yoast?
No, RightHandMan.io is not cheaper than Yoast. At the time of writing, Yoast Pro is about USD$89.
We recommend everyone who uses WordPress install the free version of Yoast. It is a very powerful plugin, and with it being free, you have nothing to lose. If you aren’t on WordPress, then RightHandMan is the perfect alternative to Yoast. You can get started immediately.
We’ve dropped the main differences between RightHandMan and Yoast right here in summary form to help you make your decision.
In a nutshell, this is what we recommend…
If you have a WordPress website and need an SEO tool, go and install the free version of Yoast. If you are absolutely new to blogging and SEO in particular, supplement this with RightHandMan to upskill and get a more thorough understanding of how to grow your websites traffic.
RightHandMan is the Yoast Alternative which works on all blogging platforms, not just WordPress.
Yoast is one of the most popular SEO plugins for WordPress. But if you aren’t using WordPress, you’ll need a Yoast Alternative.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is RightHandMan considered a Yoast for Squarespace?
Funnily enough, yes, we are often considered a “Yoast for Squarespace”. Since RightHandMan requires no installation, our platform works on all platforms, including Squarespace. Our team looks after a number of websites, and most of them are on WordPress, and we’ve found the Yoast plugin a simple way to keep an eye on our page metrics. Unfortunately the team hasn’t yet created a Yoast for Squarespace, so that’s where RightHandMan comes in. Give us a try and we’re sure you’ll love it.
Is the Yoast team planning to make a Yoast for Squarespace?
Not that we are aware of. We’ve scoured the Yoast website and their social channels and see no reference to them making a version compatible with Squarespace. In the meantime, consider using RightHandMan, since our tool is an alterative to Yoast, but works on all platforms.
I’ve been reading about Yoast VS Jetpack and am confused. Whats the deal?
Yes, it can be a be difficult understand what role Yoast plays, and what role JetPack plays. Comparing Yoast VS Jetpack, and Jetpack VS Yoast, will leave you running in circles scratching your head as you are essentially comparing apples and oranges.
Jetpack has a number of tools available, but when we just look at their SEO features, it isn’t quite as powerful as the SEO features jam packed into Yoast. So for this reason, we’d recommend choosing Yoast over Jetpack.
The creators of Jetpack would likely agree with this. They’ve said themselves on the official Jetpack support page that “if you just want your site to be configured correctly so that search engines will show the correct information in search result listings, then Jetpack’s SEO features should do the trick. But if you want to dig deep into your site’s SEO and fine-tune it, right down to using the correct key words in your post and page content, then Yoast is better.” (Source)

What other tools are alternatives to Yoast? What about Rank Math VS Yoast?
Yes, Rank Math is another alternative to Yoast. Rank Math is unfortunately an annual fee (which I personally don’t like) with a price of $59 per year. Yoast is USD$89 one-off fee, so it works out to be much better value. I personally use Yoast on all my WordPress websites, and RightHandMan on all my Squarespace and Wix websites, so when it comes to choosing between Yoast and Rank Math, I’d recommend Yoast.
